Diagnostics and verification
We begin the reconditioning process by disassembling the unit and carrying out detailed diagnostics. We check the technical condition of housings, shafts, spindles, bearings, gears, sleeves, seals and the remaining mechanical elements. We also check the wear of mating surfaces and the causes of play, vibration or incorrect operation of the unit.
Quality control and documentation
Once the work is complete, the unit undergoes a check of its correct operation and an assessment of its technical condition. If necessary, we also prepare photographic documentation and information on the scope of the reconditioning carried out and the elements replaced.
Scope of reconditioning work
Depending on the technical condition, we carry out, among others: replacement of bearings and seals – mandatory, regardless of their technical condition; replacement of worn sleeves and guide elements; reconditioning or replacement of shafts, spindles and gears; elimination of excessive radial and axial play; inspection and correction of the interaction of gearbox elements; checking spindle run-out; replacement of damaged elements in line with technical requirements; cleaning and reassembly of the unit; selection of appropriate lubricants and seals; and checking the operating parameters after reconditioning.
